03 Project Intellectual Property
Important IP Transfer
When you upload a project to ProjectLib, you transfer its intellectual property to ProjectLib. However, you retain the right to delete it at any time.
What this means:
- ProjectLib obtains exclusive rights to use, distribute, and monetize your project
- You can delete your project anytime via your account
- Deleted projects are removed within 30 days
- You warrant that you are the legitimate owner of uploaded content
